PETALING JAYA:
Mah Sing Group Bhd (Mah Sing) recently organised a topping out ceremony to celebrate the structural completion of M Nova in Kepong as well as the record 3.5 million safe man-hours without Lost Time Injury (LTI) achieved for the project.

Attended by group chief executive officer and executive director Datuk Voon Tin Yow, deputy chief executive officer and executive director Lionel Leong, executive director Datuk Seri Leong Yuet Mei, property subsidiaries chief executive officer Yeoh Chee Beng, senior management team, the project’s consultants and main contractors, the celebration also marked the project having reached 68% of overall construction progress.

M Nova is a mixed-use development comprising three blocks of serviced residences with a gross development value (GDV) of approximately RM790mil. The development features 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom units and built-ups ranging from 700 sq ft to 1,000 sq ft. There are also 11 retail lots and a drive-thru retail concept, providing convenience for both residents and the surrounding community. M Nova is expected to be completed by Q2 2026.

“The topping-out of M Nova marks a significant milestone in our journey to deliver thoughtfully designed homes in thriving neighbourhoods. We are encouraged by the positive response from homebuyers, and with the project progressing well, M Nova only has limited units available for sale. This reflects the sustained demand for affordably priced homes in well-established areas such as Kepong and Selayang,” said founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum.
