KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Bhd has launched the first draw of its 30th-anniversary giveaway, offering a Neta-V electric vehicle and cash prizes totalling RM35,000 to fortunate homebuyers. Ahmad Ashraf Mohd So ‘Ud from Selangor was the lucky winner of the Neta-V electric vehicle in this first draw of Mah Sing’s anniversary campaign.
To celebrate three decades in the property industry, Mah Sing will reward homebuyers who purchase properties between April 8, 2024 and December 31, 2024. Home buyers are required to complete their sales and purchase agreements (SPA) by March 31, 2025.
“We are excited to mark this milestone with our homebuyers through the first draw of our 30th anniversary mega giveaway. It’s a pleasure to reward our loyal customers with exciting prizes, including the Neta-V electric vehicle. Homebuyers will have more chances to win prizes, including Tesla and BYD electric vehicles. Ahmad Ashraf, a 34-year-old homebuyer of M Senyum in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi, Selangor shared his excitement.
“I still can’t believe I have won this Neta-V! When I bought my home with Mah Sing, my focus was on finding my dream house, but winning this prize was an amazing bonus that I never expected. Mah Sing has truly made the homebuying experience even more memorable for me and this car will be a perfect start to my new chapter,” he said.
Participating projects in the campaign include M Azura, M Nova, M Zenya, M Aspira, M Panora, M Sinar, M Terra, Solaria Business Park, Allamanda @ Meridin East, Erica East @ Meridin East, M Minori, M Tiara and Ferringhi Residence 2.
In addition to the anniversary campaign, Mah Sing's year-end Final Bonanza offers up to RM30mil in savings and gifts, with various promotions like a free memorandum of transfer (MOT) and other incentives for participating projects. The campaign ends on January 31, 2025. A transparent lucky draw process will be conducted via a live stream event.
