PETALING JAYA: LBS Bina Group Bhd (LBS) returns with #DudukRumah Deals 3.0 in conjunction with the latest full movement control order (FMCO) announcement. In addition, the company is giving homebuyers an opportunity to win more than RM445,000 worth of Raya money from its ongoing Raikan Rezeki Bersama LBS campaign and lucky draw prizes worth more than RM1mil.
Under the reintroduced campaign, homebuyers have a wide selection of participating projects, which also comes under the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC), which was initially set to end on May 30.
LBS welcomed the announcement of the extended HOC to Dec 31 this year to stimulate the housing sector and help buyers in homeownership. Under the HOC, homebuyers are entitled to the stamp duty exemption on the Memorandum of Transfer, among other benefits.
“As the People’s Developer, LBS remains committed to support the government’s housing agenda by launching marketing campaign #DudukRumah Deals 3.0, to reduce the burden of homebuyers,” LBS executive chairman Tan Sri Lim Hock San said.
Initially launched in April 2020, the LBS campaign was rolled out via various digital platforms, including virtual showrooms, website, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and SMS to reach out to potential buyers during the initial MCO. In early June 2020, LBS extended the campaign to Dec 31, 2020 due to an overwhelming response.
