PETALING JAYA: Real estate solutions provider Hartamas Real Estate has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with UCAN Technologies Sdn Bhd (UCAN) to collaborate on technology-driven initiatives, including training on integrating AI solutions and AI workforce capabilities in real estate.

Hartamas Real Estate managing director Eric Lim said the partnership aligns with the group’s focus on innovation and digital transformation.

“This collaboration with UCAN Technologies allows us to leverage AI and cutting-edge technology to streamline operations, enhance agent productivity and deliver more value to our clients,” said Lim.

Under the collaboration, Hartamas Real Estate will coordinate business requirements and drive participation while UCAN Technologies will provide technology expertise, training and guidance to implement AI solutions effectively.

UCAN’s chief data scientist and big data researcher and mentor Lau Cher Han said AI plays an important role in improving efficiency.

“AI-powered automation and training solutions can significantly improve efficiency and decision-making. This partnership demonstrates how technology can be applied to real-world business challenges, creating smarter workflows and more productive teams,” he said. 

Hartamas Real Estate and UCAN said both parties are committed to confidentiality, knowledge sharing and the responsible use of intellectual property throughout their collaboration.
