The Kews

Centennial ParcVista
WM Senibong is also preparing a large-scale development called Centennial ParcVista, located approximately 3km from Crest @Austin. The plan allocates 40% for residential and another 40% for WM Senibong’s first industrial development, and the remaining 20% for commercial developments. With strong highway access to Johor Bahru and nearby industrial parks, the site is expected to support future population and economic growth.
