Sutera Avenue shaping up as a vibrant development with investment potential

The city of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, has a new star attraction. Sutera Avenue, an integrated development by Mah Sing Group Bhd that’s strategically set along the lively Coastal Highway, is a welcome sight for local and foreign visitors.

This 4.26-acre development with contemporary architecture has the potential to boost the local community because the area is anticipated to become a major commercial district in the near future.
