KUALA LUMPUR: Ancubic Group has announced its collaboration with Maybank to introduce the MyDeco Financing scheme for buyers across its developments. This initiative offers homebuyers greater financial flexibility while reinforcing Ancubic’s ongoing commitment to sustainable, innovative and community-focused living.
Under the scheme, eligible purchasers can combine their Maybank housing loan with an additional 30% margin of finance, offering up to 120% of the property value or a maximum of RM250,000. This additional funding can be channelled towards personalising homes to match individual tastes and needs.
Available through both conventional and Islamic financing, the MyDeco funds are disbursed progressively over a 12-month period, with a financing tenure of up to 10 years or until the borrower reaches the age of 70. This flexible structure is expected to cater to a wide range of homebuyers, from first-time owners to families seeking upgrades.
“Ancubic is dedicated to building homes that balance innovation, sustainability and comfort,” said Ancubic general manager Carol Goh.
“Through our developments, we integrate modern designs with sustainable elements and practical features. This partnership with Maybank empowers homeowners to design functional, comfortable and personalised spaces—making their dream homes a reality.”
Anchored by its vision of building green and smart communities, Ancubic ensures that every project creates long-term value for surrounding areas, delivers commercial viability for stakeholders and contributes social benefits to the broader community.
In conjunction with the launch, Ancubic is also rolling out a promotional campaign featuring a brand-new EV giveaway worth RM259,000. All buyers across all Ancubic projects will automatically be eligible to join the lucky draw, reinforcing the developer’s commitment to encouraging modern, sustainable lifestyles while rewarding its growing community of homeowners.
Also at the launch were Ancubic managing director Datuk Low Boon An and executive director Datin Kimilee You as well as Maybank Selangor and Negeri Sembilan region consumer banking director Yew Sian Young, Selangor and Negeri Sembilan region consumer banking head Sukhbir Singh and mortgage head Tracy Pan.
