
PETALING JAYA: Tropicana Corporation Bhd (Tropicana) has topped out Tropicana Metropark’s SouthPlace 2 Shoppes and Residences, marking the development’s structural completion and timely progress towards delivery in 2027.

To date, SouthPlace 2 Shoppes and Residences has achieved a 80% take-up rate, reflecting a strong market response to its well-balanced mix of residential, commercial, educational and recreational components. It is directly connected to the Federal Highway via a dedicated link bridge and will be undergoing Quality Assessment System in Construction (Qlassic) for certification in workmanship quality.
