PETALING JAYA: Tropicana Corporation Bhd (Tropicana) has forged partnerships with Signature Distribution Sdn Bhd and EDCA Sdn Bhd to strengthen sustainable practices and home ownership experience at Avisa Residences. The partnerships also underscore Tropicana’s recent achievement of 4-star ESG rating by Bursa Malaysia.

Marketing and sales and business development managing director Ixora Ang said the partnership unlocked added value at Avisa Residences, a GreenRE certified terrace homes development located at Tropicana Alam.

“Our partnership with Signature will exclusively furnish Avisa homeowners with seven curated and flexible home-enhancement packages designed to suit different lifestyle needs,” she said. 

“We have thoughtfully curated packages that cover essential renovations and fittings, enabling homeowners to step into their dream residence from as low as RM20,800. On top of that, homeowners can also benefit from improved affordability through a structured, installment-based prepayment arrangement for renovation planning,” she added.

Similarly, Ang said the partnership with EDCA Sdn Bhd offers homeowners competitively priced solar packages under the Solar Accelerated Transition Action Programme (ATAP).

“For our EDCA Energy partnership, we are offering specially tailored solar panel system packages exclusively for Tropicana Alam’s Avisa Residences.
