The campaign, which runs until Dec 31 2021, will drive OSK Property’s portfolio of offerings designed to help aspiring home-seekers own their first home and give the best value for their purchase.

The campaign runs concurrently with the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC), which provides stamp duty exemptions and other incentives. HOC will run until May 2021.

The projects covered under the OSK Property campaign include new launches in existing townships at Iringan Bayu, Seremban and Yarra Park, Sg. Petani, Kedah. 

Two new projects, namely Shorea Park’s Mira and Lea by the Hills, will be added to the series mid-year.

Shorea Park, located in Puchong, features a nature-inspired community living masterplan. Phase 1 Mira will feature serviced residences inspired by the natural elements of water.  

On the other hand, Lea by the Hills is a low-density condominium with breathtaking mountain views within the established residential area of Taman Melawati.
