Also strong on the list includes KL Wellness City Sdn Bhd, Land and General Bhd, Platinum Victory, Radium Development Bhd and WCT Land Sdn Bhd.
Attendees are guaranteed a wide selection spanning various segments, from integrated townships to specialised urban developments. The diversity of offerings is key. Beyond the extensive project list, the showcase acts as a high-value hub for immediate home purchases, offering substantial rewards for commitment.
The highly anticipated Buy & Win contest features prizes worth more than RM20,000, including valuable electrical items, gift cards and shopping vouchers. To participate, purchasers must book a unit at any exhibitor’s booth during the three-day period and submit the necessary documents—the Sales Order Form, proof of payment and MyKad photocopy—at the StarProperty booth. This incentive significantly reduces the transaction barrier and rewards serious buyers immediately.
Visitors can also participate in the simple Visit & Win activity by scanning a QR code and answering basic questions to receive free goody bag items while stocks last.
