PETALING JAYA: Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd (Matrix Concepts) has once again emerged as a standout name in Malaysian real estate, securing six prestigious accolades at the StarProperty Awards 2025.

Present from the team were co-chief executive officers Chai Keng Wai and Tan Sze Chee, executive director cum chief financial officer Louis Tan, executive director Kelvin Lee, general manager of group sales and marketing Bryan Lee and general manager of project planning Pak Heng Cheong.

The group received recognition in both jury-judged and public-voted categories, including the Family-Friendly Award for Best Family-Centric Development for Ferra @ Eka Heights, praised for its multi-generational living spaces and smart home features. Additionally, Matrix Concepts won three StarProperty Readers’ Choice Awards: Newsmaker of the Year for generating industry buzz, Most Heart-Warming CSR Initiatives for its contributions to education and community support and Most Preferred Developer, reflecting homebuyer trust in its quality and community focus.

Another significant highlight was the StarProperty 10th Anniversary Special Recognition Award given to Bandar Sri Sendayan. It was revisited by judges and honoured for its enduring township vibrancy, integrated amenities and sustained community growth.

We're honoured that Bandar Sri Sendayan was revisited and recognised with the Special Recognition Award. Capping the evening was Matrix Concepts’ win in the All-Stars Award – Top 10 Listed Companies category. This accolade places Matrix among the country’s top-performing listed developers, based on a comprehensive evaluation of brand presence, product excellence and overall market performance.
