KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Bhd is targeting RM2.76bil in property sales for FY2026 after recording RM2.51bil in FY2025, its highest annual sales since 2015. The group said a RM3.45bil launch pipeline would support the target. It recorded RM978mil in property sales in the first five months of FY2026.

In 2025, Mah Sing acquired six land parcels with a combined estimated gross development value of RM6.4bil. Its key upcoming project is the 419.17-acre MS Industrial Park @ Kulai in Johor which has an estimated GDV of RM2.26bil and is being developed with KLK Land.

Located within the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone, the industrial park is targeted for launch in the second half of 2026. Mah Sing has also earmarked sites at Southville City, Meridin East and MS Industrial Park @ Kulai for potential data centre-related developments, subject to market conditions and feasibility assessments.

“Mah Sing’s strong performance reflects the successful execution of a strategy we have consistently pursued over the years, focusing on resilient market segments, maintaining financial discipline and building multiple growth engines that can create sustainable long-term value for shareholders,” shared Mah Sing founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum.

“Beyond near-term property sales, we are strengthening our future earnings base through strategic land acquisitions, industrial developments within the JS-SEZ, premium developments, data centre-related opportunities and the enhancement of our manufacturing business. These initiatives position Mah Sing to benefit from Malaysia’s long-term economic growth, urbanisation and increasing investment inflows,” he continued.

At the annual general meeting with Leong were group chief executive officer and executive director Datuk Voon Tin Yow, deputy group chief executive officer and executive director Lionel Leong, chairman and independent non-executive director Tan Sri Bakar Abdul Jamal and executive directors Datuk Seri Leong Yuet Mei and Datuk Steven Ng.
