SEREMBAN: Seri Pajam Development Sdn Bhd and Mydin Mohamed Holdings Bhd (Mydin) have signed a term sheet for a commercial plot at Bidara Suria to establish a retail outlet with an estimated 20,000 sq ft total floor area, becoming a key anchor for the Bidara Suria commercial hub.
Mydin managing director Datuk Ameer Ali Mydin and Seri Pajam Development chief executive officer Ten Wee Seong signed the term sheet at Mydin Headquarters. Also present were Seri Pajam Development director Ten Fui Jean and Mydin executive director Ahimmat Mydin.
The collaboration reflects Mydin’s continued focus on bringing accessible, value-driven retail closer to growing communities while supporting Seri Pajam Development’s vision of creating integrated townships where homes, businesses and essential amenities grow together.
Bidara Suria forms part of the 129-acre Nada Bidara township which continues to expand through residential and commercial development.
The township includes Tunas Residensi, Tinta Residensi and the new Taman Sentul double-storey terrace development, creating a residential base around the commercial precinct.
