KUALA LUMPUR: Asiabina has marked the grand opening of One Seputeh Residences, its maiden Klang Valley development, with the project recording an approximately 30% take-up rate. Located in Seputeh, the freehold development comprises 383 serviced residences within a single 50-storey tower.
The development's penthouse collection has been fully sold while the remaining residences comprise two- and three-bedroom layouts with partial furnishings. Prices start from RM699,980.
“One Seputeh Residences is particularly meaningful to us as it marks Asiabina’s maiden development in the Klang Valley. While this is a new market for us, our experience in property development and project delivery spans close to four decades, particularly across Penang, Kedah and Perak. We are bringing that experience into a development that is designed with the needs of today’s urban homeowners in mind,” said Asiabina group managing director Datuk Yong Chai Seng. Director Datin Lau Geok Choon was present at the celebration as well.
Designed around its Urban Serenity concept, the development combines its city location with views towards the greenery of Robson Hill. Residents will have access to 23 facilities covering leisure, wellness, recreation and social activities, including a saltwater infinity pool.
“We wanted to create a home that gives residents the best of both worlds, the vibrancy and convenience of being close to the city, together with the calm and greenery that make coming home feel different,” Yong said.
The grand opening also welcomed early purchasers for the execution of their sales and purchase agreements as the project progresses towards construction and its targeted completion in early 2030.
