KUALA LUMPUR: IJM Land Bhd and Amona Group celebrated the topping-out ceremony of Riana Trees Residences located in Pantai Sentral Park, achieving a 90% sales take-up. This milestone marks the residential development's maximum height of 32 storeys, with vacant possession planned for the first quarter of 2027.
The event saw IJM Land chief executive officer Datuk Tony Ling Thou Lung and group sales and marketing general manager Rachel Chong, Amona Group director Mohd Adib and chief executive officer Datuk Che Hasnadi, Taghill Project Sdn Bhd executive director Vincent Chu, ATSA Architects executive director Zulqaisar Hamidin and Industrial Concrete Products Sdn Bhd chief operating officer Loh Zhi Ming.
Launched in June 2023, Riana Trees Residences comprises 336 condominium units on a 3.36-acre site. The three-bedroom units have built-ups of approximately 900 sq ft and 955 sq ft, with views towards either the neighbouring forest reserve or Kuala Lumpur skyline.
“The topping-out of Riana Trees Residences marks an important milestone for the project and reflects the strong progress made since its launch. We are encouraged by the positive response from homebuyers, with the development achieving a 90% sales take-up to date,” said Ling.
Riana Trees Residences is also IJM Land's first project to adopt the Industrialised Building System (IBS) where building components are manufactured in a controlled environment before being transported to the site for assembly. “As IJM Land's first project to adopt the Industrialised Building System (IBS), Riana Trees Residences reflects our continued focus on enhancing construction efficiency, quality and productivity,” Ling said.
The construction method is intended to improve efficiency and consistency while reducing material wastage at the construction site. Located next to the 252-acre Taman Rimba Bukit Kerinchi, the development incorporates approximately 1.81 acres of landscaped areas alongside recreational, wellness and co-working facilities.
With structural works completed, construction will now proceed with architectural finishes and interior detailing ahead of the targeted completion.
