PETALING JAYA: Gamuda Land and Taylor's Assets have launched Block A of Haus on 15 in Subang Jaya for sale and announced the full sell-out of Block B. The milestone reflects the development's sales progress since its groundbreaking in July 2026, as the former Taylor's College Subang Jaya site enters its next phase of transformation.
Located approximately 500 metres from the SS15 LRT station, Haus on 15 brings together serviced residences, purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) and retail within a single development. Situated in the established Subang Jaya–Sunway corridor, it builds on the area's longstanding appeal as an education, residential and commercial hub, supported by connectivity to public transport, educational institutions and everyday amenities.
"SS15 holds a lot of memories for people whether they studied here or spent time in the neighbourhood. When the opportunity came to redevelop this site, we wanted to retain that youthful energy and vibrancy that people associate with SS15 while giving the area a new lease of life. Haus on 15 brings together student accommodation, residences and retains in a way that respects the site’s educational heritage and adds to the wider community," said Gamuda Land chief executive officer Gim Teck Yew.
"The former Taylor’s College in SS15 holds a very special place in our history. For us, it was never simply about redeveloping a piece of land. We wanted to honour its educational heritage while giving it a new lease of life. Haus on 15 allows us to do exactly that, bringing together student accommodation, residential living and retail while maintaining the site's connection to education. The buildings may change but the connection to education remains," said Taylor’s Assets and Taylor’s Residence president Sheena Angelina.
Also present were Taylor’s Education Group property investment, projects and strategic planning senior vice president Jeff Wong Yuen Meng, Taylor’s Education Group executive director Abby Lew, Gamuda Land chief operating officer Jess Teng and assistant general manager Richard Chai.
Haus on 15 has achieved a Provisional GreenRE Bronze Rating and will provide electric vehicle (EV) charging facilities onsite. Gamuda Land is working with the relevant authorities on measures to enhance pedestrian connectivity and walkability in the vicinity while proposals for improved cycling connections and targeted road and infrastructure improvements are also being explored.
