PETALING JAYA: The upcoming Karnival Perumahan Bumiputra will be offering attractive packages for homebuyers, including up to 100% end-financing loan packages, full stamp duty exemption for the property value of up to RM300,000 and RM200 monthly financial assistance for the first two years.
The event is a collaboration between Sin Hee Yang Property Group and Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN). It will be held on Aug 19 and 20 August (Saturday and Sunday) from 10 am to 6 pm at No 5, Jalan Bunga Raya 2, Taman Bunga Raya, Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi, Sepang.
The objective is to introduce BSN’s Youth Housing Scheme (YHS) to qualified potential married or single buyers aged 25 to 40 years with a household income not exceeding RM10,000 per month.
YHS comprises a total of 246 units of houses comprising of single- and double-storey terraces and single storey semi-d.
