Shangri-La Hotel: Lemon Garden

This Ramadan, Impiana KLCC Hotel promises a memorable buka puasa experience offering a fusion of flavours and cooking styles.
Ritz-Carlton: “Puttin’ on a Festive Feast” at The Cobalt Room
Executive chef Mohan Deligannu puts out a spread of local delicacies for the Ramadhan buffet at Ritz-Carlton. There will be salad stations: one international and one local which has kerabu, jeruk, and eight types of sambal like sambal berudu, sambal cili padi, and sambal belacan. The grilled fish section offers ikan patin, ikan keli, and ikan kembong. The kambing golek is a must-have item on the menu every year. There will also be live music to entertain diners.
Four Seasons: “Sajian Nusantara” at CurATE
Dato' Chef Fazley and Executive Chef Junious Dickerson head the kitchen staff of CurATE in the Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur's first Ramadhan buffet since the hotel's opening.

The Westin Executive Sous Chef Halim Chek Lah will be serving roasted whole lamb marinated in local style. Oxtail beef soup is one of the signature dishes on the menu. Local state dishes cooked in a big wok can be eaten with rice or without rice. The braised beef short rib is served by two chefs from table-to-table. Colourful cakes and local 'kuih-muih' will be presented at the corner of the dining room. Durian kampung will be served fresh one at a time by the professional chefs.

Chef Stewart Rajau, a Sarawakian of Bidayuh and Iban descent shares up to 25 of his mother's recipes at this year’s Ramadan buffet dinner at Chatz Brasserie in Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur. ‘Ayam Pansuh Sarawak’, featuring only the tender cuts of chicken thigh, is a crowd favourite.
Berjaya Times Square Hotel: “Aroma Masakan Bonda” at Big Apple Restaurant
Chef Mohamad Yusoff Abdul Hamid presents a varied spread of food including kari kepala ikan, back on the menu for the third year, in addition to vegetable jelfrezi, Thai dishes such as Thai Green Curry Duck, and quick bites like the Uncle Bakri Fried Chicken. You can choose to start your meal with fruits, or go straight to heavy meals or something cold like seafood on ice. There are a few dishes cooked in masak lemak style, using either chicken, lamb or duck. Among the dishes on the buffet line is the kambing salai masak lemak which is cut into tender cube sized pieces. For those with a sweet tooth, there are a variety of desserts from cakes, puddings to local kuih-muih and cookies.
St. Regis Kuala Lumpur: “Barakat & Syukur” at The Astor Room
Chef de Cuisine, Norazizi bin Taslim and Malay Banquet Chef, Mohd Ridzwan present lemang made from corn and pulut hitam can be paired with chicken or beef rendang. Colourful roti John filled with minced black pepper beef or minced chicken madras curry with condiments like vegetables, cheese, or caramalised onions and finished with either truffle mayo or barbeque sauce.
Royale Chulan Bukit Bintang: “Aneka Selera” at Sunflowers Brasserie
Royale Chulan Bukit Bintang executive chef Raja Kamaroszaman Raja Zainal presents over 300 dishes and invites the public to savour the whole roasted lamb marinated with a blend of spices, assorted of traditional Eid al-Fitr cuisines like ketupat, lemang, and a variety of rendang and serunding to compliment the taste.
