KUALA LUMPUR: Bon Estates has celebrated a significant achievement with the topping out ceremony of Bon Kiara, its luxury condominium development located in Mont Kiara. The event marks the structural completion of the project, which is on track for handover in Q3 2026.
The strong market reception for Bon Kiara was evident at the ceremony, with the project having already achieved an impressive 95% sales rate. Beyond the residences, Bon Estates is simultaneously completing a major Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative—a new road connection linking Jalan Kiara 3 to Jalan Duta Kiara. This infrastructure upgrade, scheduled for completion by Q2 2026, is set to significantly enhance accessibility and convenience for both residents and the wider local community.
The development offers 410 exclusive, family-sized residences, boasting generous layouts ranging from 2,081 sq ft to 3,075 sq ft. The pet-friendly property embodies the developer's 'Effortless Living' philosophy with an extensive suite of lifestyle facilities, including a dedicated pickleball court, a yoga deck, a 2,000 sq ft gym and 1.5 acres of lush greenery.

The topping off ceremony featured a symbolic and heartfelt blessing, where 410 birds were released, each representing one completed home. The occasion was attended by VIP representatives from Bon Estates and the main contractor, Pesona Metro, celebrating the successful partnership.
Among them were Bon Estates chief executive officer Chan Jin-Wy, general manager group marketing Angeline Liau, project director Chen Swee Hoe, Persona Metro main contractor managing director Wie Hock Beng, general manager Yip Kai Weng and project manager Cheng Lek Kuan.
Looking ahead, Bon Estates announced its next endeavour: Yanu Hills, Melawati—its first landed development comprising a limited collection of luxury bungalows. The developer has also confirmed several new projects are in the pipeline, all adhering to its commitment to quality, design excellence and meaningful living experiences.
