PETALING JAYA: Trinity Group Sdn Bhd has topped out Trinity Rainfora, a rainforest-inspired transit-oriented development (TOD) in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong, marking the structural completion of both Block A and Block B. The topping out ceremony was attended by Trinity Group’s project partners Jasmuni Construction and Visage Architect.
With a gross development value (GDV) of RM395mil, it comprises 535 units with built-up sizes ranging from 739 sq ft to 1,184 sq ft. Additionally, Trinity Rainfora features nine commercial units with built-ups of 3,859 to 15,905 sq ft.
A freehold development, Block A has been fully taken up since launch in September 2024 while Block B is now open for purchase.

Trinity Rainfora offers residents 36 holistic facilities spread across the podium, including a 25m infinity pool, rainforest canopy, waterfall Jacuzzi, aqua gym, 150m jogging trail, glamping forest, yoga deck, edible garden and co-working spaces, among others.
"It is well documented that in recent years, Malaysians are placing greater value on their health, their environment and how their living spaces reflect the quality of daily life. Trinity Rainfora was built in direct response to this and the market’s response so far has reaffirmed that we got it right,” Neoh added.
Trinity Rainfora is targeted for completion in Q3 2027.
