KUALA LUMPUR: Continuing its successful strategy of reaching out to modern urban dwellers in novel and innovative ways, BON Estates once again struck a chord with a new generation of home seekers by sharing the message of its upcoming Bon Kiara project in intriguing Kombi Van style.
To launch its #BonWithYou promotional campaign, BON Estates literally took the show on the road from Aug 16 to Sept 18 with the aid of an eye-catching Kombi Van, colourfully decorated in themes that will define the new Bon Kiara project in Mont Kiara. The Event-on-Wheels travelled fully loaded with fun activities, games and big prizes to be won.
Drawing crowds at several key locations in the Klang Valley, visitors were invited to engage in on-the-spot challenges and activities, as well as short surveys, with an opportunity to take home plenty of free giveaways as thanks for their participation. This included various goodie bags, care kits and Touch n’ Go e-vouchers worth RM5, RM10 and RM20.
A key highlight of the event was a social media challenge to help spread the word about Bon Kiara, with a chance to win a staycation at the Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur. Participants were required to take interesting shots of the Kombi Van and surrounding event to post on their favourite social media channels with the hashtag #bonwithyou.
The three most outstanding and impactful social media posts were chosen as winners of the competition, which were officially selected and announced on Oct 1, 2022.
“We’re always keen to share our BON Estates lifestyle philosophy in new and interesting ways, and our recent Kombi Van campaign has certainly allowed us to continue our tradition of interacting with our customer base in very personal, genuine and fun ways. It was also a great way to offer a sneak peek at the outstanding lifestyle on offer at our upcoming Bon Kiara project,” said BON Estates chief executive officer Chan Jin-Wy.
In addition to hosting games and activities, the fully-customised Kombi Van promoted many distinctive elements from BON Estates’ latest project, such as verdant greenery etched on its façade and a large in-built LED screen feature to help share some key points with the visiting public.
Members of the BON Estates staff were also on hand to conduct surveys, answer queries and invite interested parties to visit the BON Kiara show unit located at the BON Estates Gallery at 57 Jalan Penaga, Bangsar.
From a marketing and promotional standpoint, Chan said that event was a great success, not only because it generated important leads and captured many registrations of interest, but also because it created an opportunity to engage with potential customers in a meaningful way.
