PETALING JAYA: Tropicana Corporation Bhd (Tropicana) is recognised at the Malaysia Developer Awards (MDA) among Malaysia’s Top 10 Developers under the Top-of-the-Chart (market capitalisation RM1bil and above) category 2026, reflecting its continued commitment to excellence, sustainable growth and creating long-term value for its stakeholders.
Jointly organised by the Malaysian chapter of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI-Malaysia) and Star Media Group Bhd (SMG), the award gala was graced by Housing and Local Government Minister Nga Kor Ming who presented the recognition to Tropicana deputy chief executive officer Loke Wei Feng.
Running into its fifth edition, this year the awards recognised 25 leading developers across two main categories, namely the Top-of-the-Chart (TOTC) Awards and Special Awards. The awards evaluate a broad spectrum of achievements, ranging from financial strength and project sustainability to visionary leadership, innovation and design excellence.
