As the number of first-time homebuyers who cannot afford their own home are rising due to the rapid growth of property developments, several developers have taken the initiative to build affordable, quality and stylish homes that are categorised as starter homes.
In the real estate industry, a starter home, sometimes known as a starter house, commonly denotes one- or two-bedroom property which are usually low-cost developments that are expected to be priced below RM500,000.
