Agency achieves RM19.78bil in GSV and grabs Top Performing Million-Earner Agents title
The Roof Realty (TRR) has made history by shattering two Asian Records, propelling the agency into the ranks of real estate royalty after accumulating an extraordinary RM19.78bil in gross sales value (GSV), driven by 53,626 successful property transactions.
In achieving the mind-blowing billion-ringgit amount in GSV, TRR also simultaneously smashed another Asia Record, achieving the most Top Performing Million-Earner Agents in 2025.
This is the highest volume in the company's history, founder and group managing director Datuk Wira Nicholas Yap enthused, pointing out that this historic operational velocity generated a staggering RM445mil in total commission income, directly rewarding the agency's vast network of negotiators across the country.
This was announced at the recent 2026 Annual Gala Dinner, aptly themed Throne of Glory, held at the Genting Grand International Convention Centre, where Yap proclaimed that the real estate agency cemented its position as an undisputed powerhouse. Standing on the same stage where the agency celebrated its first major gathering seven years prior, Yap unveiled a historic performance that has elevated the homegrown agency onto the pan-Asian stage.
What began in 2019 as a promising team achieving an impressive RM3bil in gross sales value has evolved into an unstoppable real estate force, setting a monumental new benchmark for the entire region.
"Please give yourselves a huge round of applause! Because this record does not belong to one individual. It belongs to every The Roof warrior who refused to give up. These are our Asia Records," Yap told the energised crowd of over 1,500 agents, negotiators and guests.
The geographical spread of the winners highlighted TRR’s extensive nationwide footprint. While a significant portion of top performers were anchored in Johor Bahru, the gala stage welcomed over 200 award recipients also hailing from the Klang Valley, Sabah, Sarawak, Penang and Melaka, proving the agency's dominance across both Peninsular and East Malaysia.

"If someone asks me today, 'What is The Roof Realty's greatest achievement?' My answer will never be RM19.78 billion," Yap emphasised. This cultural focus was formalised at the gala with the introduction of The Legacy Trophy, a championship trophy crafted in solid 24-karat gold. Moving forward, the name of each top sales champion will be permanently engraved onto its surface.
