KUALA LUMPUR: A new chapter in urban living is beginning in Bandar Sri Damansara with TA Global Bhd's groundbreaking ceremony for Ativo Annexe, which includes Amaya Residences, The Arden and DA Central Mall.
Ativo Annexe is a 15-acre mixed-use development with a gross development value (GDV) of RM3bil, integrating residential towers, corporate offices, a retail mall, an international hotel and a wellness hub linked to the Sri Damansara Sentral MRT station.
Amaya Residences is a RM1bil development featuring two 68-storey towers that house 1,268 homes and offer over 100 resort-inspired facilities. The Arden is a RM446mil, 38-storey Grade-A office tower with 455 flexible suites and the first office-tower sky infinity pool in Bandar Sri Damansara. DA Central Mall will serve as a lifestyle destination with 420,000 square feet of retail and dining experiences, complete with direct MRT access.
The project underscores TA Global's commitment to sustainable development, supported by contractors Taghill for Amaya Residences and Pesona Metro for The Arden and DA Central Mall, valued at a combined RM1.16bil. Construction is underway, with the components scheduled for progressive completion in 2028.

The ground-breaking ceremony was officiated by chief operating officer Lee Yen Foong and attended by key partners. Also present were TA Global project manager Wong Joon Chian, senior manager Saiful Tajudin and sales and marketing director Ken Choy. Taghill had executive director Chu Yee Hong, while Pesona Metro included chairman Wie Hock Kiong and chief operating officer Wie Jay Sern.
