PETALING JAYA: SP Setia Bhd (Setia)’s flagship township Setia EcoHill in Semenyih has secured its anchor tenant, AEON STYLE Supermarket at Setia EcoHill Mall. AEON STYLE Supermarket will occupy 20,408 sq ft of the mall and is targeted to be opening its doors by Dec 12, 2025.
“We are excited to welcome our latest, exciting addition of our signed lease, the AEON STYLE Supermarket. We believe this premium supermarket will serve the growing community of Setia EcoHill and attract nearby patrons and visitors in the Semenyih and Bangi vicinity,” said Setia president and chief executive officer Datuk Zaini Yusoff at the anchor tenant signing ceremony.
Setia Ecohill Mall is a 280,000 sq ft neighbourhood lifestyle mall located within the 17.5-acres integrated commercial development Setia Ecohill Walk. Other notable tenants at Setia Ecohill Mall are Anytime Fitness, Sushi King, Eco-Shop, Kizsports & Gym, Watson, Caring Pharmacy, FOS, Machines, MR TOY, Samsung, Xiaomi, The Chicken Rice Shop, Texas Chicken and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
AEON STYLE Supermarket is AEON’s first premium grocery concept outlet in Malaysia, representing a reimagined, contemporary version of the traditional AEON Supermarket, with a Daiso store as part of its grocery offerings. The premium supermarket focuses on the supermarket experience, with a wider range of fresh produce, imported goods, Japanese goods and organic items.
The premium supermarket has introduced Home Coordy, AEON’s in-house brand that provides curated selections of home living products. Meanwhile, the supermarket’s store design will feature modern interiors, open layouts and attractive displays aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.
