
PETALING JAYA: The Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association Malaysia (Rehda) has elected Datuk Zaini Yusoff during its Annual Delegates Conference as the president for term 2026-2028, replacing Datuk Ho Hon Sang.
Zaini, also chief executive officer at SP Setia Bhd, said he is committed to carrying out his duties as president guided by Rehda principles of being responsive, respected, responsible and relevant.
“It is my utmost honour to serve as President of Rehda Malaysia and I will do my very best to build upon the strong foundation laid by Datuk Ho and the past presidents. I would like to thank Datuk Ho for his dedication and diligence over the past two years (and) looking forward to working with you in your new capacity as the immediate past president, together with the other exco and national council members of this esteemed association,” he said.
The delegates have also elected Datuk Edward Chong Sin Kiat, currently group chief financial officer at IJM Corporation Bhd, as Rehda deputy president, Datuk Seri Charlie Chia Lui Meng and Datuk Tiah Oon Ling as vice presidents, Datuk Tan Hon Lim as secretary-general, Carrie Fong Kah Wai as deputy secretary-general and Datuk David Lim Boon Huat as National Treasurer and WP(KL) branch chairperson.
