PETALING JAYA: Residensi AVA, the first phase of the Kiara Bay township located in the vicinity of the Kepong Metropolitan Park has topped out recently, marking an early milestone for developer UEM Sunrise Bhd’s presence in Kepong through this joint venture partnership with Melati Ehsan Group.
At the topping out celebration, chief executive officer Sufian Abdullah said that Residensi AVA is a first step towards developing a sustainable township.
“Residensi AVA is our first step in building the master township of Kiara Bay in Kepong, with visions to transform it into a ‘15-minute City’ by 2045 and a sustainable, lively urban living destination that is inclusive of multi-generational communities as well as further marking our presence in the Klang Valley,” Suffian said.
Also present were representatives from the joint venture company, Mega Legacy (M) Sdn Bhd (MLSB) including its chairperson Zaida Khalida, director Tan Sri Yap Suan Chee and UEM Sunrise chief operations officer (Central) Liong Kok Kit.
Totaling 4.41 acres and a gross development value of RM664mil, Residensi AVA sets the tone for elevated urban eco-living with an emphasis on liveability.
