PETALING JAYA: SP Setia Bhd has broken ground on its latest Vietnam development called Setia Garden Residences at EcoXuan in Ho Chi Minh City. Setia Garden Residences comprises three towers of luxurious apartments with a gross development value (GDV) of RM344.45mil.
Present at the ceremony were Malaysia Consul General Firdauz Othman, Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE) trade commissioner Zaimah Osman, Lai Thieu Ward Leader Trương Công Thạch, SP Setia president and chief executive officer Datuk Choong Kai Wai and chief operating officer Datuk Zaini Yusoff as well as Phuoc Thanh Construction Corporation chairman Nguyen Hai Ho and chief executive officer Tran Tu Thanh.
