PETALING JAYA: Shoppers and home seekers alike will have plenty to be excited about when the StarProperty Fair holds its latest event at Sunway Pyramid Mall from May 23 to 25, 2025, bringing top developers, exciting new projects, family entertainment and giveaways worth over RM10,000.
Held at the LG2 Blue Concourse and running daily from 10am to 10pm, the three-day event will showcase the latest launches and developments from some of Malaysia’s leading property players. Among the featured projects are Glomac Bhd’s Keys Lakeside Residences, Malton Bhd’s River Park and Mah Sing Group Bhd’s M Terra.
Also participating are Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd, which will present projects such as Izara II, Bayu Sutera Meora and Eka Heights while Sunway Property will be highlighting Sunway D’Hill Residences.
With a mix of serviced residences, landed homes and integrated township offerings, the fair caters to first-time buyers, investors and upgraders looking for well-located, lifestyle-driven properties.
But it is not just about real estate as there is something for everyone. Families can enjoy free balloons and unlimited popcorn on Friday to Sunday from 11am to 8.30pm while kids will be entertained by lively clown performances scheduled at intervals throughout Saturday and Sunday.
Visitors can also take part in the Visit & Win activity simply by scanning a QR code at the fair and answering a few questions to receive a free Tupperware gift. Meanwhile, serious buyers can look forward to the Buy & Win campaign. By booking a unit at any exhibitor’s booth during the fair and submitting the required documents, including a copy of the Sales Order Form, proof of payment and photocopy of their MyKad, buyers will be eligible to win attractive prizes including electrical appliances, shopping vouchers and more.
