KUALA LUMPUR: O&C Resources Bhd's (OCR) 70% subsidiary, Kita Mampan Sdn Bhd has secured a RM101.07mil contract to build affordable housing units in Alor Gajah, Melaka under the PR1MA.
It said on Tuesday Kita Mampan had signed a master en bloc purchase agreement with PR1MA and Mampan ESA (Melaka) Sdn Bhd to undertake the build and develop the “PR1MA @ Sri Gading” project comprising 554 residential units with five apartment blocks of 11 storey each and one apartment block of 12 storey.
The duration for the contract is over three years.
To date, OCR has property projects in Kuantan, Melaka and Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, Kuala Lumpur with a total gross development value of RM685mil.
