SEREMBAN: Golog Holdings Sdn Bhd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd to develop the China-Malaysia Air Silk Road Dual Hub Industrial Park in MVV TechValley, which spans approximately 618 acres. This partnership seeks to improve Malaysia’s logistics infrastructure by creating an inland port equipped with advanced cold chain storage and customs facilities.
Golog Holdings will utilise its AI- and IoT-powered technologies to ensure the safety of temperature-sensitive goods and provide real-time tracking, enabling greater participation in global trade. This partnership builds upon Golog’s recent agreements with China Henan Aviation Group to bolster air cargo capacity and strengthen the industrial park’s development.
With an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM8bil, the industrial park will be developed in three phases and will cover various sectors, including advanced manufacturing and green technology. This initiative not only aims to boost Malaysia’s supply chain ecosystem but also positions MVV TechValley as a key regional logistics hub, attracting further investments.
“We welcome Golog Holdings as one of the pioneering logistics and technology players in MVV TechValley. Their expertise in AI, automation and intelligent cold chain logistics aligns perfectly with our vision of building an ecosystem that supports future-ready industries. Golog’s entry will not only enhance the logistics capabilities of MVV TechValley but also elevate the entire development as a destination for innovation, high-value industries and global connectivity,” said Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd group executive director Kelvin Lee.
Present alongside Lee at the signing were Matrix Concepts founder Datuk Seri Lee Tian Hock and chairman Datuk Haslah Mohamad Amin. From Golog Holdings were group executive chairman and chief executive officer Ivan Chin and group executive director Daniel Then. Negeri Sembilan industry and non-muslim affairs committee chairman Teo Kok Seong was also at the signing.
Alongside the industrial park, MVV City will feature a balanced environment with industrial land, homes and commercial spaces, contributing to sustainable economic growth in Negeri Sembilan.
