PETALING JAYA: Mah Sing Group Bhd (Mah Sing) has successfully topped out the fully sold M Arisa in Sentul, an affordable residential development targeted for completion by Q4 2024.
“The topping-out of M Arisa is more than a construction milestone, it’s the realisation of our commitment to create innovative spaces and enhance the life of our homebuyers. M Arisa comprises 1,598 units in two towers and is at 85% of the construction stage. It is located 5km from the city centre, 7km from the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE), and 8km from Mont Kiara. M Arisa also provides direct shuttle bus service to the nearest LRT and MRT stations. Nearby public transportation infrastructures include Sentul Timur LRT Station (3km away), as well as three KTM stations which are the Sentul, Kampung Batu and Batu Kentonmen at 2.5km to 3.5km away.
