KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Bhd (Mah Sing) marked its 30th anniversary with a splash, concluding its Anniversary Giveaway Campaign at a grand finale event where two lucky home buyers won a Tesla Model 3 and a BYD M6. Launched in April 2024, the campaign celebrated three decades in the property development industry, praising the loyalty of 2,667 home buyers across 18 residential projects nationwide.

“While this campaign was a way to thank our home buyers, our appreciation goes far beyond giveaways. At Mah Sing, we have always prioritised delivering homes that offer real value in terms of location, quality and lifestyle. We are confident that our developments bring together the best design and workmanship,” said Mah Sing founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum.

The two electric car winners shared their thoughts. “Buying a home with Mah Sing was already a big milestone for me. The price was affordable, the quality was impressive and everything just fell into place. I never imagined I’d also be driving home a brand-new electric car. Winning this feels like getting the complete package, a great home and now a great ride to go with it,” said Meridin East home buyer who wished to be identified as Tan.

“It’s not just about the prizes but the experience of being part of something meaningful. From the moment I booked my home, Mah Sing made everything smooth and professional. Winning the EV was the icing on the cake but what stood out most was how valued I felt as a home buyer,” said another home buyer who purchased a M Minori unit.

The campaign aligns with Mah Sing’s commitment to sustainability, emphasising eco-friendly living by rewarding electric vehicles as grand prizes. 

In conjunction with the government’s Home Ownership Campaign 2.0, Mah Sing has launched its Home Ownership Season Marketing Campaign, running from Feb 3 to June 30, 2025, offering home buyers exclusive perks and rewards.
