PETALING JAYA: IOI Properties Group Bhd (IOIPG) has recorded RM437mil in sales during its 30 Years Together campaign across Johor. Held from April 1 to June 30, 2025, the campaign has attracted 558 purchasers at integrated townships and developments, namely Bandar Putra Kulai, Taman Lagenda Putra, Taman Kempas Utama, Bandar IOI Segamat and Platino Avenue.
IOIPG Southern region chief operating officer Lim Beng Yeang said the success affirms the trust that purchasers, buyers and investors have placed in the developer’s brand.
“The campaign clearly demonstrated resounding confidence in the standard of quality and excellence demonstrated within our offerings, with 33% of purchasers outside of Johor and 5% from foreign investors. Furthermore, the demand for home ownership within our signature townships, projects and developments was clear, as 94% of the purchases made were for residential properties,” Lim said.
The campaign has offered a total of 60 prizes, including a lucky draw with the grand prize of an international travel package for two worth RM80,000 for trips to 30 international destinations. The lucky winner was unveiled in September at a grand draw, in addition to monthly draws rewarding homebuyers with branded electrical appliances and other lifestyle rewards.
IOIPG first ventured into Johor with its flagship development, Bandar Putra Kulai, in 1995, which to date spans 5,680 acres and is the group’s largest township in the state. The group developed Bandar IOI Segamat in 1996, Taman Lagenda Putra and Taman Kempas Utama in 2006 and 2007, and launched The Platino in 2012. Currently, IOIPG has 5,065 remaining acres of landbank in Johor.
Its latest launch is i-Nova, comprising 922 units of Small Office, Home Office (SoHo) Residences at Taman Kempas Utama. The group plans to follow up with the Kempas Square commercial hub, featuring 27 freehold two- and three-storey shop offices with a standard land area of 24 ft by 70 ft. Other upcoming launches are Carillon 3, featuring 112 units of single-storey terrace homes and Marvela 3A, a collection of 91 freehold double-storey terrace homes.
