PETALING JAYA: IJM Land has announced the signing of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with a diverse range of tenants for Enlace Shoppes, the retail component within Enlace—an 18.18-acre mixed-use joint development by IJM Land and Amona Sdn Bhd located in Pantai Sentral Park, Kuala Lumpur.
Enlace Shoppes will be anchored by Jaya Grocer, with Anytime Fitness as a sub-anchor tenant operating a 24-hour full-service gym. Other tenants include Guardian pharmacy, car wash and detailing service Kolab Detailing and a variety of F&B operators like Giglio, INNBar, Good Blue Men, Mini Thai, Boys Don’t Fry, Seng Kee Chicken Rice, Canton Boy, MeeLa, Cotta, Daseo, Crab Bro Noodles House and La Pane Pizza.
“At Enlace Shoppes, we have designed our tenant mix to truly serve our community’s needs. Beyond offering essential grocery shopping, dining, fitness and wellness options in one convenient location, we have created a space that connects naturally with (the urban park) Taman Rimba Bukit Kerinchi. The natural landscaping and environmental considerations in our design reflect our vision of a retail space that complements rather than competes with its surroundings,” said IJM Land chief executive officer Datuk Tony Ling.
Enlace Shoppes feature a forest dining concept in the concrete jungle—a zone where food and beverage outlets are set along tree-canopied pedestrian paths. The space is designed to create inviting areas for all-day enjoyment, blurring the line between indoor and outdoor spaces. It also features green terraces for quiet reflection or small events, playgrounds, assisted washrooms and step-free access to ensure inclusivity for all mobility levels, and is a pet-friendly commercial destination. Enlace Shoppes is set to open in 2029.
