KUALA LUMPUR: IJM Land Bhd and Amona Group have signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) for the second wave of Enlace Shoppes tenants, the retail component of Enlace at Pantai Sentral Park. The development has already secured a 25% leasing commitment and is expected to gain further pace, with commitments projected to reach 40% by the end of 2026 and advance towards approximately 80% occupancy by its opening in 2029.
“The 25% leasing commitment we have achieved reflects strong underlying demand within the commercial property sector for well-curated, experience-led retail environments. As the market evolves, occupiers are becoming more selective, prioritising developments with strong fundamentals, integrated ecosystems and consistent footfall alongside continued expansion from F&B and lifestyle operators. At Enlace Shoppes, we are focused on creating a community-centric lifestyle destination that serves both residents and commercial office users, fostering daily engagement and long-term vibrancy,” said IJM Land chief executive officer Datuk Tony Ling.
At the signing ceremony, Ling was accompanied by Amona director and group chief executive officer Datuk Che Hasnadi Che Hassan, along with the tenant representatives. These included Zus Coffee, MyNews, RT Pastry, Gokugoku Natural Smoothie, Wild Sheep Chase, Eg's Wok Kitchen, VickedGood, Hom Coffee Signature, Chat Hei Claypot, My Rasa Nyonya, Mayangs Cafe, MiMi Guksu, Baker’s Barn Bakery & Cafe, Diciasette F&B Management and The Gooey Cookies.
