PETALING JAYA: Johor-based developer Faire Development has successfully concluded the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) signing event for its latest development, bee, which has achieved an 85% take-up rate to date. 

The SPA signing event brought together purchasers, business partners, financial institutions and representatives from Faire Development to commemorate the successful milestone and officially welcome homeowners into the development’s growing community.

Located in Iskandar Puteri, bee comprises double-storey terrace homes, three-storey cluster units and three-storey semi-detached residences.

Chief executive officer Richard Woon said the strong take-up rate demonstrates growing confidence in the company's brand and ability to meet evolving market expectations.
