A celebration meticulously curated to honour a decade of excellence in Malaysian real estate
The StarProperty Awards 2025 10th Anniversary gala dinner did not begin with flashing lights or rousing speeches. It began with intention. From the early hours of the day, every detail was carefully orchestrated to create an evening that would be both grand and meaningful, setting the tone for a celebration of achievement, vision and innovation.
In a refreshing nod to sustainability, banquet tables were adorned not with the usual floral arrangements but with vibrant assortments of local fruits. This eco-conscious choice added both visual appeal and practical indulgence for guests while aligning with the event’s ESG values and commitment to sustainable practices. Behind the scenes, a flurry of final preparations unfolded like clockwork. Technicians ran lighting cues and sound checks. Hosts and crew conducted rehearsals to ensure every transition flowed seamlessly. Every element, from scripted segments to live entertainment, was fine-tuned to perfection. At centre stage, 112 gleaming trophies stood ready, each one symbolising excellence and arranged in precise order to ensure a smooth presentation without delay or disruption.
Adding a touch of glamour and musical brilliance, Malaysian powerhouse vocalist Jaclyn Victor graced the hall with rehearsals of her scheduled performance. Her soaring vocals filled the space, offering a captivating preview of the night’s entertainment and drawing smiles and applause from staff hard at work preparing the ballroom. As the finishing touches were completed, a live string quartet began to perform, their gentle, melodious strains setting a serene and sophisticated tone. The atmosphere gradually shifted from preparation to anticipation as the first guests began to arrive, serenaded by music and welcomed into a setting that reflected the excellence the awards were created to honour. And with that, everything was ready, the lights, the music, the accolades, for a night destined to mark a milestone in Malaysia’s real estate journey.
