KUALA LUMPUR: The Property Guys (CozyHomes) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Knight World Realty, designating Knight World as the exclusive agency partner for tenant acquisition and rental placements within CozyHomes’ managed portfolio.
This partnership aims to address key challenges such as prolonged vacancy periods, targeting a 30% improvement in tenant placement speed. By combining CozyHomes’ advanced property technology with Knight World Realty’s extensive agency network, the collaboration promises a seamless service for property owners, from renovation to ongoing management.
CozyHomes will leverage IoT-enabled serviced units, smart locks and a secure property listing system to optimise rental yields and reduce vacancy times. As interest in PropTech solutions grows in Malaysia, both companies plan to expand beyond Klang Valley, aiming to manage 1,000 units by 2026.
“Our focus is on integrating technology with expert agency support to increase transparency and efficiency for landlords and tenants. This partnership not only accelerates tenancy but also provides landlords with clearer operational insights and tenants with better-managed living environments. As Malaysia’s rental market grows, we aim to establish a new standard for professionalism and innovation,” said The Property Guys founder Vincent Lim.

Our goal is to bring greater professionalism and responsiveness to every stage of the rental process from listing to rental,” said Knight World Realty founder Scott Tan.
