SUBANG JAYA: Avaland Bhd has topped out Amika Residences ahead of the construction schedule. The development, which features 468 serviced apartment units across two towers, has also achieved full take-up.
Set against the backdrop of a 9-acre central park, the development features thoughtfully designed spaces, scenic park views and 24 retail units that enhance convenience while creating a vibrant and sustainable residential destination.
“The project has achieved 1.7 million safe man-hours without a lost time injury, reflecting Avaland’s commitment to workplace safety and responsible construction. It has also received the Best Landscape Award (Excellence) and GreenRE Gold certification, reinforcing our focus on sustainable and thoughtfully designed developments. We look forward to delivering Amika to our purchasers and continuing to create quality living environments that deliver long-term value for our communities,” said Avaland chief executive officer Apollo Bello Tanco.
“In the months ahead, we will continue to expand Avaland’s development pipeline with the launch of projects with a combined estimated GDV exceeding RM1bill in 2026. These include our third Aetas luxury residential project, Aetas Taman Desa and we will introduce Accent Petaling Jaya, our new premium development offering a differentiated proposition within the upper mid-market segment. Both launches are expected to build on the strong market response to the second phase of Meria Commercial Hub in Cybersouth, launched earlier this year,” he added.
