
SEREMBAN: IJM Land's vacant possession handover for the ViO Banj'ran's exclusive hilltop bungalow enclave commenced this January, in accordance with the project’s timeline. ViO Banj’ran was also awarded the provisional Gold GreenRE certification under the Residential Category.
