SHAH ALAM: Tropicana Corporation Bhd (Tropicana) is pleased to announce the addition of Bellworth Development Sdn Bhd (Bellworth) to Tropicana Metropark, an 88-acre satellite township. Bellworth will be undertaking the transformation of the commercial plot that formerly housed the Tropicana Metropark Gallery into a modern resort-living complemented by a curated lifestyle hub.
In a symbolic key-handling ceremony to Bellworth, Tropicana also unveils the new Tropicana Metropark Gallery relocation to SouthPlace Shoppes, part of the SouthPlace Residences. Tropicana marketing and sales, and business development director Ixora Ang said the move is in line with the township that has grown to be a thriving place offering work, live, play, learn and shop components.
“The relocation of the Tropicana Metropark Property Gallery was with customers in mind, as they now have access to the excitement and conveniences that lie within the pulse of the Tropicana Metropark township,” she said. To commemorate the partnership, Ang presented the symbolic key to Bellworth’s engineering and construction project assistant manager Tan Art Peow.
Tropicana also stated that Bellworth, a subsidiary of LGB Group, will further add to the township's vibrancy through its upcoming developments.
