SP Setia’s Setia Eco Glades in Cyberjaya launched Reef of Tropic (Phase C1) at its sales gallery recently.

Cyberjaya: Reef of Tropic (Phase C1) in Setia Eco Glades, Cyberjaya registered a one hundred per cent take-up at its launch recently.

“We have received an overwhelming response with all 152 units being sold out over the weekend of the launch,” said SP Setia executive vice president Datuk Koe Peng.

Home purchasers who missed out on the recent launch can register their interest with the sales and marketing team as they prepare for the next launch.

According to Koe, the freehold double-storey link homes collection is targeted to be completed by mid-2022.

For better community management in areas such as resident and visitor access, e-billing, e-notifications of information and facility booking, SP Setia is collaborating with Smart Community Apps application to make the residents become technology-savvy and environmentally conscious.
