Terms and Conditions

• “StarProperty.my Crowdfunding Event Tickets Giveaway Contest” (“Contest”) is organised by StarProperty Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser”) and is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 and above as of 1st January 2016 (“Participants”). The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate, i.e.: employees of the Organiser including its partners, affiliated and related companies, representatives, sponsors (including employees of sponsors) and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of the Organiser including its affiliated and related companies and their immediate family members.
• The Contest will run for seven (7) days from 12 June 2016 to 17 June 2016.
• There will be ten (10) winners in total. Each winner will receive one (1) ticket to the “Crowdfunding Event” organized by REDHA INSTITUTE to be held at Wisma REDHA on 20 July 2016 (“Prizes”).
• To redeem the Prize, winner must present his/her identification card or passport bearing the name and identification number corresponding to the information given in the Contest’s entry form.
• Winners must collect the tickets from the Organizer’s office located at Menara Star, 15 Jalan 16/11, 46350 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia by 19 July failing which the Prize will be automatically forfeited.
• Each Participant can only submit one (1) entry for the Contest. Multiple entries will be automatically disqualified.
• Participants and/or winners as the case maybe, shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) resulting from their participation in the Contest, collection and/or usage of the Prizes. The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any liability, mishap, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) in any manner whatsoever suffered by the Participants and/or winners as the case maybe, as a result of the participation in the Contest and /or the use of the Prizes.
• All costs, fees, and/or related expenses incurred or to be incurred by the Participants and/or winners as the case maybe in relation to the Contest and/or redemption of the Prizes won, which shall include but not limited to the costs of transportation, email, postage/courier, personal costs and/or any other costs, are the sole responsibility of the  Participants and/or winners, as the case maybe, and the winners must abide by all laws and regulations currently in place and the terms and conditions of the party(ies) arranging and/or providing the Prizes and terms and conditions attached to the Prizes, if any.
• The Organiser reserves the absolute discretion to substitute the Prizes with any other prizes of similar value, at any time as it deems fit and necessary. All Prizes are awarded on “As Is Where Is” basis and not exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other prizes, whether in part or in full.
• In view of the implementation of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, by participating in the Contest, the Participants hereby expressly grant the Organiser, its affiliates and/or partners the permission to use and process their personal data including (but not limited to) names, contact information and/or photographs (collectively, “Personal Data”) for future advertising and publicity purposes. • The Participants hereby acknowledge receipt of a copy of the Privacy Policy of the Organizer and hereby confirm having read the full Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by the same at all times.
• The Organiser reserves the absolute right to review and vary any of the terms and conditions contained herein at any time and the Participants are encouraged to visit “fair.starproperty.my” from time to time to view any amendments and/or changes to the terms and conditions.
• The Organiser’s decisions are final and there shall be no appeal entertained and/or allowed. All Participants shall not resort to court proceedings to review the Organiser’s decisions.
• By participating in the Contest, the Participants agree at all times to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
