PETALING JAYA: TA Global has partnered with international brands Gaggenau, Gessi and Laufen for its luxury residential development CloutHaus Residences located on a prime freehold site along Jalan P Ramlee, approximately 50m from and directly opposite the Petronas Twin Towers.
The collaborations were formalised recently through the signing of three memoranda of understanding (MoUs) at the CloutHaus Sales Gallery. TA Global said selected Gaggenau appliances, Gessi fittings and Laufen sanitaryware will be featured as standard across every residence, enriching residents' routines within the spaces they use most.
"We chose Gaggenau, Gessi and Laufen because they share our commitment to uncompromising craftsmanship and timeless appeal. Their philosophy allows us to create homes where each element is meticulously considered, delivering an effortless living experience,” said chief executive officer Tiah Joo Kim. Also present were chief operating officer Lee Yen Foong.

"Well-appointed spaces should perform beautifully while offering moments of restoration and wellbeing. Gessi's philosophy of Italian craftsmanship and distinctive artistry will now form part of the CloutHaus Residences story.”
