SELANGOR: Sunway Property, the property division of Sunway Bhd, has entered into a sales and purchase agreement to acquire 99.6 acres of freehold land in Kuang, Selangor, from Teik Sing Realty for RM65.1mil.
This strategic acquisition is located adjacent to Sunway's existing 245-acre industrial site, earmarked for a managed industrial park, supporting Sunway Property’s vision to develop a comprehensive industrial ecosystem in the northern corridor of Selangor.
The land, situated within Mukim Rawang in Gombak, offers excellent connectivity via the LATAR Expressway and proximity to key industrial areas. It is approximately 35 minutes from Kuala Lumpur City Centre and within an hour of both Port Klang and Kuala Lumpur International Airport.

The location aligns with our long-term development goals and will enable us to deliver a more robust and comprehensive industrial ecosystem in the Klang Valley," said Sunway Property chief executive officer Chong Sau Min.
