Sunway Property eases homeownership with latest campaign

KUALA LUMPUR: Sunway Property is offering homeowners a chance to own their very own homes in the city with its latest Beauty of City Living campaign.

With the easy homeownership campaign, buyers will be able to have a host of incentives, said Chong Sau Min, Sunway Property central region executive director for the property development division.

These incentives include a moratorium up to 12 months from the signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA), an option to exit in the event of unfortunate circumstances, a free Panasonic Nanoe Air Purifier, and a guaranteed loan with attractive interest rates.

“We saw renewed interest from homebuyers with good sales recorded at the start of the year as buyer sentiments improve in tandem with the relaxation of the movement control order.

The campaign ends in May 2021.

Chong said that the campaign’s participating projects are Sunway Serene, Sunway Velocity TWO, Sunway Avila, Sunway GEOLake Residences and Sunway Belfield.

These projects epitomise the Beauty of City Living based on five pillars – Beauty of Balance, Beauty of Connectivity, Beauty of Easy Ownership, Beauty of Possibilities and Beauty of Community, he said.
