SELANGOR: Sime Darby Property Bhd chief marketing and sales officer (CMO) Datuk Lai Shu Wei received the CMO of the Year Best of the Best Award at the Malaysian CMO Awards 2023.

The award assessed candidates through business outcomes, company performance and leadership metrics. This year, the criteria expanded to include lead transformation, bottom lines, long-term business strategy and market expansion.

The property developer had recently concluded its Great Deals sales campaign, which ran from Aug 15 to Dec 31, 2023.

Following the campaign, Sime Darby Property launched the Dragon Deals sales campaign, which would end on Feb 29, 2024. The campaign comprised its Go Landed and High-Rise Collection of selected properties in the City of Elmina, Bandar Bukit Raja, Serenia City, Nilai Impian, Bandar Ainsdale, Taman  Melawati and Putra Heights.
